Ad-tech to online gaming, automotive to retail. For over 20 years, I have been helping companies of all sizes establish leading digital products and solutions in their industries.

I've held a number of roles over the course of my career. The early years had a very technical focus, while in recent years my roles have been more focussed on management - of customer relationships, staff and service delivery.

Alongside a strong focus on the wellbeing of teams and individuals within my areas of responsibility, I have focused extensively on business development. A term that means different things to different people - my interpretation and experience has included:

I enjoy being involved in the technical aspects of our work as well as focusing on the business side of the equation. Working closely with those I have responsibility for as well as collaborating with the wider organisation provides welcome social interaction.

As manager for our teams in Gothenburg+Stockholm I am responsible for ensuring our specialist Design and Frontend colleagues have the ability to apply their expertise and experience to exciting, modern application development projects in challenging customer assignments.



Operations Manager

My position at WideOrbit encompassed 2 roles. Operations Manager. Budgetary responsibility for the WideOrbit Programmatic Digital platform, reporting to management and additional stakeholders, responsible for managing and developing supplier relationships as well as identifying the need for and sourcing new partners. Team Lead, DevOps. Focus on operations, infrastructure, performance and scalability of WideOrbit's Programmatic Digital SaaS platform. Technologies utilised include Aerospike(nosql), MySQL, Hadoop (Cloudera distribution), custom C# .Net applications sitting on Linux (CentOS) and Windows.

This position entailed overall responsibility for Admeta’s operations and hosting including financial reporting and budget management, cost and operations development projections and re-structuring of Admeta’s operations facilities to optimise service and ROI.

As part of a team of 11 engineers in the UK, India and Malaysia, responsible for implementing and supporting globally hosted and accessible solutions for TNS staff and clients. Primary focus on business critical applications and the underlying infrastructure.

Responsible for the complete IT operation of an in-house and data centre hosted service, ensuring 3.5 million customers worldwide receive a premium product. Moved to Sweden in July 2004 and continued to fully carry out the role remotely, with monthly trips to London for meetings/server installation.
